Miley Cyrus showed off her latest tattoo on Twitter this weekend. She posted: Rocking piggy tails for the first time since like 6th grade! I love summer time In reality, this is actually a picture of Miley’s underarm dreamcatcher tattoo disguised as a picture of her pigtails. And unless that was a total nonsequitur, how cute that she thinks it’s summer! It snowed in parts of the Midwest this weekend, but at least it was summer in Miley’s brain.
